BOOKING & STAY INFORMATION
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
How old do I have to be to book?
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
When is payment due?
100% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking.
Do you require a security deposit?
No. Neither property requires a security deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled 30 or more days before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund of paid prepayments.
Reservations canceled 14–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of paid prepayments.
Reservations canceled less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Do you offer extended stays?
Yes. Both vacation rentals are well suited for extended stays, military travel, business assignments, remote work, relocations, and temporary housing.

Are there additional fees for stays longer than 30 days?
Yes.
HOUSE RULES
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted at either property.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and similar devices are strictly prohibited inside the properties and on the premises.
Are marijuana or illegal drugs allowed?
No. Illegal drugs, marijuana/cannabis, and related substances are prohibited at both properties.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Parties, events, and gatherings that exceed the registered occupancy are not permitted.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect neighbors, the surrounding community, and property rules throughout their stay.
What happens if there is damage to the property?
Guests are responsible for damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused during their stay, as well as excessive cleaning resulting from misuse of the property.

Staycation at the Legends is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that accommodates up to 6 guests.
How close is Staycation at the Legends to Fort Huachuca?
The home is approximately 3.5 miles from Fort Huachuca, making it convenient for military travelers, TDY personnel, PCS-related stays, visiting families, and business travelers.
Is Staycation at the Legends good for extended stays?
Yes. The home was thoughtfully designed for both short visits and extended stays, with a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated office, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable living spaces, and household essentials.
Is there a dedicated workspace?
Yes. Staycation at the Legends features a private dedicated office overlooking the courtyard, making it ideal for remote work, virtual meetings, business travel, and military TDY stays.
Is Staycation at the Legends family-friendly?
Yes. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and accommodates up to six guests. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

No. Garage access is not available to guests.
