• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and similar devices are strictly prohibited inside the property and on the premises.
• No drugs: Illegal drugs and marijuana/cannabis are not permitted on the property.
• No pets: Pets are not permitted.
• No parties or events: Parties, celebrations, and events are not permitted.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Guests are expected to respect the property and neighboring residents.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use.
